Sel Gris (French Grey), Fine Grain Sea Salt

Traditionally hand-harvested from the clay-lined salt ponds in the Guérande region of France & stone ground by hand to a fine consistency. A finishing salt, valued for it's soft grey color and mineral-rich content. The characteristic briny, saline flavor works well in a wide variety of applications, fron roasted nuts to topping baked goods.
