What are your store hours?

We are open Monday-Saturday 10am-6pm & Sunday 12pm-5pm
Do you special order teas or spices?

We do have the ability to order a wide array of teas or spices that we don't currently offer in our store. If you are looking for something specific, you can feel free to contact us through our email and we may be able to find what you are looking for! Please allow a minimum of 2 weeks for all special orders to allow shipping time.
Where do you ship?

What is the quickest way to find a specific tea or spice?

It's easy! You can use our search function of the website to be able to look up the item that you want to find. Hint: use the least amount of words to be able to pull up all items with that description.
Do you offer Herbal education or health recommendations?

We are primarily a Tea and Spice market that offers a wide array of teas & spices, as well as herbs & herbal dietary items in bulk. Unfortunately due to FDA restrictions, we are not able to give any information or recommendation that can be construed as medicinal in any way. We suggest consulting your doctor or wholistic practitioner and then utilizing our search function to see what we carry. We thank you for understanding!
