Our Mulling Spice blend is the perfect balance of organic cinnamon, organic orange peel, organic allspice, organic cloves and organic ginger; the possibilities of use for this blend is vast and unending when a dash of creativity is added.

Ingredients:
2 Bottles of Dry White Wine
1/2 cup of Honey (We used Soozeezbeez Vanilla Honey found on Historic Commercial Street)
1/4 cup of Brandy
6 pods Star Anise
1/8 cup Mulling Spice
1 Fresh Ginger Root
1 Lemon
1 Orange
1/4 cup Hepp's Cinnamon Sugar (Found in our Brick and Mortar location)
Prep:
1: Cut four thin slices of ginger
2: Peel two thin strips each of lemon and orange zest/peel
Instructions:
Step 1: Combine 2 bottles dry white wine, 1/2 cup honey and 1/4 cup calvados or brandy in a large dutch oven.
Step 2: Add 6 star anise pods, 4 slices fresh ginger, 1/8 cup of Mulling Spice and 2 wide strips each lemon and orange zest.
Step3: Bring to a low simmer and cook 10 - 15 minutes (do not boil).
Step 4: Add a few lemon and orange slices to the pot before serving.
Step 5: Garnish with star anise, add sugar rim to half off glass with Hepp's Cinnamon Sugar. To add the sugar rim you can use the honey, lightly spread a thin layer onto the rim of the glass and roll the glass in the cinnamon sugar
